VAPA Event Request Form

  • Please be aware that submitting this form does not guarantee your event. It will be sent to the VAPA Event Committee for review. 
  • If you are a tenant or booking outside of normal operating hours, you must provide a front desk staffer to let guests into the building and assist with wayfinding. 
  • Please allow up to 3-5 business days for a response. 

Event Details

Our Multipurpose Room will be offline until March 2025.

 

Requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
Please include time needed for set up.
Please include time needed for breakdown.
Amplified sound is the use of speakers or a PA system.
Food trash is to be disposed of at the conclusion of the event.
