We are currently operating at 100% capacity for studio spaces. Applications for our waitlist open on April 1st of every year which our Selection Committee then reviews.

With over 350 artists in the building spread across multiple disciplines, we are more than happy to place a call for whatever your needs are. To request a call to be sent out to our artists, please call us or email our staff with the following details: Contact Information, Date of event/completion desired, Details of the job, and whether it is paid or unpaid.

Please note that it is not the VAPA Center's responsibility to procure an artist for you; we let the opportunity be known to our artists and it is up to them to reach out.
